1.product introduction

The DG-FW intelligent electromagnetic water meter is a battery-powered electromagnetic induction water meter. Without sacrificing accuracy and performance, it can be installed anywhere, without the need for the main power supply, it is specially designed for water intake, pipe network distribution, metering and irrigation and other separate water applications, with intelligent information and high measurement performance, easy to install and save user investment, to bring users a new experience with the meter.


Equipped with an independent battery-powered GPRS transmission unit, measurement results can be sent to the "concentrator" and so on.


Application areas: secondary water supply network, large water users, zoning metering, pipe network leakage monitoring and other water monitoring and measurement.



2.Second, electromagnetic water meter technical parameters and product characteristics:

1, the instrument is simple to install - the instrument can be buried underground or installed in the well. IP68 (NEMA 6P) is designed to be unaffected by any installation position of the meter in the pipeline and does not require a filter. 2, the display can display forward cumulative flow, reverse cumulative flow, net cumulative flow, instantaneous flow, flow direction, operating status, etc. The water meter is easy to read directly, and the main indicator value can be changed.


3. Intelligent meter - Leak detection, data logger function and error self-test can be realized with only one meter.


4, the battery can be customized imported battery, minus 40℃ can discharge normally.


5, the converter display adopts ultra-wide temperature resistant screen, temperature range: (-40℃-70℃), can be applied to extreme temperatures.


6, the use of large capacity high-end imported flash memory, sampling interval can be set in 1 to 15 minutes, the data can be stored for 3 years.


7, the electromagnetic water meter has a powerful self-diagnosis function: battery power, air pipe, excitation disconnection, signal disconnection, upper and lower flow alarm and other alarm information will be automatically uploaded to the server every 4 hours.


8, the electromagnetic water meter has the electromagnetic environment test report issued by the provincial level, in the RF electromagnetic field radiation, static magnetic field, electric fast transient pulse group, surge (impact) and other electromagnetic interference conditions, the remote transmission device does not lose memory data.
