How to better maintain the electromagnetic flowmeter?

What do we need to pay attention to when used when electromagnetic flowmeters are used? Today, I will make a brief explanation for everyone. I hope everyone will pay attention to the following points of the maintenance of electromagnetic flowmeters:


1. Daily maintenance


Only the periodic inspections of the instrument need to be intuitive to check the surrounding environment of the instrument, remove dust, ensure that the water is not inlet, check whether the wiring is good, check whether there is a new strong electromagnetic field device or a new equipment across the instrument near the instrument.


2. Failure search


The electromagnetic flowmeter began to be put into operation or found that the instrument work was abnormal after a period of time. The outer situation of the flowmeter should be checked first, such as whether the power supply is good, whether the pipeline is leaked or in a non -full pipe, whether there are bubbles, signal cables in the pipeline, signal cables in the pipeline, signal cables Whether it is damaged and whether the converter output signal is opened. Remember to blindly dismantle the traffic meter.

3. Sensor inspection


Test equipment: one 500MΩ insulation resistance tester, a universal table.


Test steps:


(1) In the case of the pipeline full of medium, using a multimeter to measure the resistance value between the terminal A, B and C, the resistance value between A-C and B-C should be equal. If the difference is more than 1 times, it may be the leakage of the electrode, the outer wall of the measuring tube or the condensed water adsorption in the tube or the wiring box.


(2) In the case of drying in the lining, the insulation resistance between the watch measured between A-C and B-C (should be greater than 200MΩ). Then use a multimeter to measure terminal A and B with the resistance of the two electrodes in the measuring pipe (the short circuit connecting state). If the insulation resistance is small, it means that the electrode leakage should be returned to the factory for repair. If the insulation is decreased but there are still more than 50MΩ and the test results of the step (1) are normal, it may be that the outer wall of the tube may be tide, and it can be dried inside the shell with a thermal fan.


(3) Measure the resistance between X and Y with a multimeter. If it exceeds 200Ω, the inspirational coil and its leading line may be opened or exposed to poor contact. Remove the terminal board for inspection.


(4) Check the insulation resistance between X, Y and C, which should be above 200MΩ. If there is any reduction, use the hot air to dry the inside of the shell. During actual operation, the decrease in coil insulation can lead to increased measurement errors and unstable instrument output signals.
