  • Measurement principle

    The device can connect to sensors via multiple communication methods, including wireless RF signals, 4G cellular networks, and wired RS‑485 interfaces. It receives and analyzes water‑accumulation data collected by the sensors while simultaneously transmitting this data. Additionally, based on pre‑configured algorithms, the device generates control signals to coordinate with associated equipment for water‑management operations. Power is supplied either through an external source or via a built-in battery; when the external power supply is interrupted, the internal battery ensures continued operation for a specified period (e.g., two weeks) and relays outage information and system status to the server, enabling prompt response by maintenance personnel and guaranteeing the continuity and reliability of data monitoring and transmission.

    External power supply: 220 VAC or 24 VDC; internal power supply: built-in 76 Ah/12.6 V battery.

    The built-in self-charging circuit charges the backup battery.

    Compatible with various types of digital sensors and wireless sensor signals.

    IP65; under full-unit potting, it can achieve IP68 (non-serviceable).

    Application scenarios

    This controller can be paired with various digital sensors (such as tunnel‑gallery water‑level sensors) to acquire on-site measurement data and precisely control associated equipment based on that data. Additionally, it supports real-time transmission of measurement data and equipment operating status to a server via wired and wireless communication, facilitating centralized management and in-depth analysis.

    In terms of application scenarios, this controller is suitable for a variety of water‑accumulation detection applications: in underground spaces, it can be deployed in power tunnels, communication tunnels, and similar facilities; in transportation infrastructure, it is ideal for monitoring water accumulation in subway stations and other areas.

    In pavement infrastructure scenarios, it enables effective monitoring and intelligent control of water accumulation around electrical facilities such as switches, transformers, and control cabinets, as well as near solar panels and wind turbines.

    Technical Specifications

    Power Supply 1: External power supply, with options of 220 VAC or 24 VDC.

    Power Supply 2: Emergency power supply, built-in, 5 Ah/12.6 VDC, rechargeable

    Emergency Power Supply: When the external power supply is interrupted, the system automatically switches to battery power, halts control and output functions, and uploads the device’s status and data to the server.

    Input: Digital sensors: RS485, LoRa, and 4G options available.

    Signal output: RS485, 4G, and NB‑IoT available as options.

    Wireless breakpoint resumption: When the base station signal is interrupted, data is automatically saved and, once the wireless signal is restored, the timestamped data is resent.
