    II. Advantages of the Plan

    1. The milestone plan in progress management is a critical node within the overall construction schedule, providing a general overview of the project's progress. Construction planning management, on the other hand, focuses on more detailed milestones—specifically, it involves developing an installation plan based on the construction schedule. This means determining exactly which installation tasks are required to complete a particular construction phase. And since these installation tasks depend on relevant equipment, some of which are provided by the client, an procurement plan must be established for those client-supplied items. This procurement plan, in turn, includes a detailed schedule outlining each step of the purchasing process.
    2. Key provisions from the safety management system documents will be prioritized for focused control and management, with tiered approaches applied to hazard sources, safety risks, and safety incidents. Identified hazards must be submitted online to relevant personnel for implementation of corrective actions, with ongoing monitoring of the remediation process. Once closed, these records will be archived for future reference.
    3. Hazard Identification: Results are recorded and archived for future reference. The system provides functionalities such as registering major hazards, issuing notifications, outlining corresponding countermeasures, and enabling users to browse hazard information. If the owner or responsible entity identifies a potential hazard, they can click "Add New" in the system to register the hazard. They’ll then fill in the relevant details—including the specific sub-item or work activity associated with the hazard, the hazard’s name, the types of accidents it could lead to, and the recommended response measures. Once submitted, the entry undergoes an approval process. After approval is complete, the corresponding countermeasures are confirmed, ultimately forming a comprehensive database for managing significant safety hazards.
