Wastewater from daily life—including kitchen wastewater, toilet flushing water, and laundry wastewater—must first undergo oil separation in an oil-water separator for kitchen wastewater and settle in a septic tank for toilet flushing water. After being collected via the municipal drainage network, the wastewater enters a purification tank, where microorganisms carry out anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic processes to remove most of the pollutants before being discharged. Every 6 to 12 months, a fecal suction truck is used to pump out a portion of the sludge and sediment accumulated at the bottom of the purification tank's settling chamber.

Principles of the Manufacturing Process

Inside the tank, microorganisms carry out anaerobic, anoxic, and aerobic processes, effectively removing most of the pollutants from the wastewater before it is discharged. Every 6 to 12 months, sludge and sediment accumulated at the bottom of the tank’s settling chamber are partially pumped out using a vacuum truck.

2. The control cabinet is made of SS304 stainless steel with a thickness of no less than 1.2 mm, featuring an ingress protection rating of at least IP54, and equipped with complete electrical control and protection features.

The device features operational and fault indicator lights on the cabinet. It supports multiple debugging modes—automatic, manual, and semi-automatic—meeting the requirements for unattended operation.
The intelligent control cabinet features centralized control, PLC control, and a remote monitoring system. It allows users to view the process flow, monitor equipment status, and perform remote control operations.
