The solar energy system comprises two main components: the solar power supply system and the RTU system. The solar power supply system converts solar radiation into electrical energy, uses a solar charge controller to efficiently charge the batteries, and supplies power to the RTU system. The RTU system collects and stores data from the water meters and periodically uploads this data to the user platform.

The probe component of the product is an organic‑matter sensor that operates on spectroscopic principles. Based on the absorption of ultraviolet light by organic compounds, it uses the 254 nm spectral absorption coefficient SAC254 (absorbance) as a key parameter to quantify the concentration of dissolved organic matter in water, and can, under certain conditions, be converted into COD/BOD and turbidity values. This method enables continuous monitoring without the need for any reagents.

The pH product employs an industrial pH electrode as its sensor; the probe is constructed with a solid electrolyte and a large‑area polytetrafluoroethylene liquid junction, offering resistance to clogging and ease of maintenance.

The product can connect to sensors via multiple communication methods, including wireless RF signals, 4G wireless signals, and wired RS‑485 interfaces, to receive and analyze water‑accumulation data collected by the sensors while simultaneously transmitting this data.
